Again poor service. Dealership service is supposed to be the highest quality but for some reason I have yet to receive it from Toyota! My brakes were changed in July of Dealership service is supposed to be the highest quality but for some reason I have yet to receive it from Toyota! My brakes were changed in July of 2024 and the rotors were shaved down. Now the car is shaking again. The service rep had the audacity to insinuate it was me that is braking too hard after he satiated that “sometimes” the parts installed can be faulty! It is ridiculous that it’s only been a year and my rotors are damaged again. The policy you have to shave them down instead of being replaced is not the way it should be. So in reality the problem with the rotors was never resolved, it was only a matter of time before the car started shaking again. More
