I was informed that my filters needed to be replaced. I appreciate that heads up. I informed the service advisor that I would replace them myself. I immediately purchased new filters. I immediately called the service dept, I asked to speak with a manager or service advisor. I was informed that neither were available I was transferred to an available and spoke with Elias? He listened to concern and told me that he would pass the information on to my advisor and request that he call me. I am yet to receive the call. More
