Our experience was going pretty well until we discovered that specific coverages we had asked about and told were not needed had indeed been added to our deal. When I returned to inquire about this the sales person immediately went into defense of the coworker who had lied and acted as though I had misunderstood somehow even though what I was telling them was easily verified. Finally able to speak with the one who lied to us, finance person, he began trying to defend his actions by deflecting and explaining it wasn't that great of a cost never acknowledging or apologizing for his actions. Now have a vehicle but looking for a honest dealership for maintenance and service work. Was hoping for better from our local dealer. More
