Didn’t feel appreciate or valued. We had seen multiple vehicles online that match what we were looking for however when we asked about them they were unavailable or being used as a shop vehicle. Poor Service The service department tried to find a solution to my truck going into limp mode. They didnt follow my directions to be able to test drive it in the m The service department tried to find a solution to my truck going into limp mode. They didnt follow my directions to be able to test drive it in the mode. Had trouble finding a problem so they chose to blame someone else for putting the wrong fluid in the transmission and therefore causing the problem. This truck hasnt had transmission work since the last time it was in at their shop a year ago. For all I know, one of their guys changed the transmission fluid last year and put the wrong stuff in. Very frustrating that they didnt listen to the customer who drives the truck regularly and knows about the problem. More
