Thorough and fair! We took our vehicle in to have the brakes looked into as they intermittently locked up. Since it was only an occasional thing, it took a bit of diagn We took our vehicle in to have the brakes looked into as they intermittently locked up. Since it was only an occasional thing, it took a bit of diagnostic work by the Fremont team but they found the source and fixed the problem. They gave us use of a loaner car while ours was being worked on. We really appreciate their persistence in making it right! They were very fair with the price of the repairs also! More

Hands-down the worst service department I have ever encountered in 58 years on this earth. Look at any website review on Fremont Motors (Jeep Chrysler and Ram) and you’ll see accolades for the sales department but you’ll see nothing but negative reviews for their service department. Rightfully so, they have earned it. Hands-down the most incompetent bunch I have ever witnessed work on a vehicle. By their own admission, they don’t know what they’re doing. It’s not so much that, it’s that they don’t care either. It’s a culture within the Fremont Motor Company I believe. Their service writers are particularly bad. They would rather sit there chewing their gum with their mouth open, talking to their mother on the phone before they invite you to the counter. Definitely not people, people. They do have some quality people there, but their service department is horrible. More

We had the pleasure of working with George on our first renegade. Which under not so good circumstances was a total loss after our wreck. He took care of us and got us rolling again and we are very greatful for that. George is the man, and he really cares about his customers.
