Service dept My 2016 Ram 5500's transfer case cracked while in Casper Wyoming. It took the service dept one week to even look at my truck. After looking at it they My 2016 Ram 5500's transfer case cracked while in Casper Wyoming. It took the service dept one week to even look at my truck. After looking at it they refused to honor the warranty. It then took them another wee to repair it. It is now 4 months later and the transfer case they installed has busted and caused major damage to our truck.Our local dealership keeps apologizing for Fremont Motors and is trying to make it right for us. More

AWFUL!! I dropped my truck off to get two keys programmed at 8am and was told it would be done at 9am. I called at noon and they told me that it would be done I dropped my truck off to get two keys programmed at 8am and was told it would be done at 9am. I called at noon and they told me that it would be done by three. I called at four and got a message machine and left a message to call me back.I called back at 4:30 and raised xxxx and they told me to come straight down. I got my keys and went out to the truck. One of the two keys still didn't work. I went in and flipped out on some poor kid who FINALLY programmed it for me in about two minutes. I asked why it took all day to do something that takes two minutes and the service writer told me that they did a recall that I didn't bring it in for and they didn't ok with me before they did. I left and didn't make it to the end of the block and noticed the check engine light was on. I went back and flipped the proverbial "poop" out. They had no idea what the code meant and just cleared it out and told me to come back if it turned back on. I told them that I most definitely will not under any circumstances be going back there. I would suggest that no one else does either. I missed two full days of work because of what should have been a five-minute job. More

Terrible experience with the sales representative who was extremely pushy and did not listen to any feedback for the vehicle we wanted. Managers were just as bad and when we said we were looking for something else that they had told us "good luck with that" in an aggressive and sarcastic tone. Would not recommend to anyone. I will travel to another state to purchase than deal with this dealership ever again. More

This gave me enough no pressure time to do research, read reviews (of George, Fremont Motors, and the vehicle I was considering) and weigh the pros and cons of trading in my vehicle now or a year from now. Once I made up my mind to purchase, George was very patient answering all of my questions and helping me compare and contrast the options. Most horrible service ever!!!!! Tried to trade in my car on a used truck, was told the wrong amount I have in negative equity. When I pointed out that my car was with more, the sale Tried to trade in my car on a used truck, was told the wrong amount I have in negative equity. When I pointed out that my car was with more, the salesman told me that the amount he told me I had in negative equity was actually the amount they were going to give as a trade in which actually made my negative equity almost $2000 less that what they initially told me and the banks. Needless to say, the banks denied me and I will NEVER deal with our recommend Fremont motors to anyone. More
