GREAT UPFRONT STAFF THE SALES STAFF AND FINANCE MANAGER WERE EXCELLENT, BUT THE DETAIL/PREP/DELIVERY STAFF WERE LESS THAN REMARKABLE. THE INTERIOR MOLDINGS IN THE BACK W THE SALES STAFF AND FINANCE MANAGER WERE EXCELLENT, BUT THE DETAIL/PREP/DELIVERY STAFF WERE LESS THAN REMARKABLE. THE INTERIOR MOLDINGS IN THE BACK WERE NOT CLEAN, THE WINDSHIELD WASHER RESERVOIR WAS EMPTY, A PAINT CHIP IN THE HOOD WAS LEFT UN-REPAIRED, AND THE CHANGE OIL WARNING WAS NOT RESET (ASSUMING THAT THE OIL WAS CHANGED).
