Service Department is Great! Took my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude in for her first oil change. Knew that the service department was always really busy and I expected to have to lea Took my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude in for her first oil change. Knew that the service department was always really busy and I expected to have to leave the car all day, taking their shuttle back to work and have them get me when the car was done. However, I got there and they had my paperwork out and gave me a great loaner car which allowed me to get right back to work and the freedom to pick up my car when I was ready. When I went back to pick up my car, I didn't have to wait in any lines, they knew who I was and had the paperwork ready. Best of all, my car had been washed and she was ready to go! Now, that's great service! Big kudos to ALL the guys at Fremont! More

Where is the professionalism? My husband and I purchased a brand new Dodge Ram in Colorado. When the dealership was unwrapping the interior, they cut a slit in the leather passeng My husband and I purchased a brand new Dodge Ram in Colorado. When the dealership was unwrapping the interior, they cut a slit in the leather passenger seat. It took several months to get a new seat because of other Dodge dealers pushing us off (never call back, ordered cloth and not leather, etc.). We finally got a new seat cover installed; however, it does not fit well. The dealership that installed the seat said that we needed to put fillers in it to make it fit better. The was not at all what we wanted to hear. While passing through Casper, WY, we decided to try another Dodge dealer and get their opinion. Fremont Motors in Casper got us right in take an estimate on fixing the seat. The seat cover re-installation produced heat damage on the back of the heat rest. The technician said Dodge would probably approve this replacement. However, when my husband expressed that with a brand new truck he expected a proper fitting leather seat. The technician professed that he would like a million dollars too... Is it too much to ask for some old fashioned professionalism? It's been two weeks and we have not been contacted at all. We will never buy a Dodge vehicle again because of the horrible customer service. More
