I was greeted by PJ Lantz wanting to look at a 2021 Ram 2500 diesel. I ordered a truck in May, got it on November 26. PJ checked in with me every week with an update. This was a difficult situation bec 2500 diesel. I ordered a truck in May, got it on November 26. PJ checked in with me every week with an update. This was a difficult situation because the trucks just weren't being completed and shipped. PJ did a stellar job taking care of the situation and has been always available since I purchased the truck answering questions and again just checking in to see how it was going with the truck. She deserves a gold star!! More

Had an appointment to get my oil changed and it took 2 hours, and then they heavily overcharged me. Never going back. Can get much better customer service, pricing, and timing at Nissan and Ford and they’ hours, and then they heavily overcharged me. Never going back. After buying vehicles for over 50 years I had come to hate the whole dealership game. I was very pleasantly surprised and frankly stunned at how easy and relaxed the entire process was from beginning to hate the whole dealership game. I was very pleasantly surprised and frankly stunned at how easy and relaxed the entire process was from beginning to end! No back and forth to "the boss" or other time killing games, I just showed up after having talked to Bret Osborne by phone and emails and all I had to do was sign and drive!!! Also ahead of time he had installed an aftermarket bumper and winch for me and everything worked great!! I flew into Casper and had booked several days in my hotel just figuring on problems, but NONE, nothing at all!!! Sign here a few times and some instruction on how to operate the bizarre new technology that I had no idea how to operate and I was on the road. I actually spent the next few days driving around Casper and surrounding areas and enjoyed my time there immensely!! A big thanks to Fremont Motors and Bret (both of them!) for the best car buying experience I've ever had!!!!!!! I know where I'll buy my next truck!! And NO I was not paid for this review! More
