Charging thousands over NADA on used cars and stating that it is due to COVID Seriously, when other companies are trying to be as easy on people as they can, Fremont shove it to you. Tried to sell a used vehicle to my Son for $4000.00 over NADA on a used car they never even inspected. When called on that and questioned why their price was $4000.00 over NADA salesman and his supervisor both stated it was due to Covid. OK if that was not bad enough, They allowed a $4000.00 tradein on his 2010 Ford Focus Titanioum and now have it listed for sale for $12,999.00 Now lets talk about the piece of xxxx car they sold him. The day after he bought the car it over heated and air conditioner went out when he drove the vehicle up the mountain to attend his fire meeting with Casper Mountain Fire and was almost killed as he desended the Mountian because the brakes went out and he had to use other means to slow the vehcile down. Peddle all the way to the floor as he decided how he would stop the vechile without it going off a cliff. Mind you they have two small children a 2 year old and 3 year old that could have been in that vehicle that day. The computer could not track the tempreture of the engine our outside tempreture and the horn kept going off intermit. So, he takes the car back and goes over everything that had transpired over the last 5 days. He was told over and over that he purchased it "AS IS", He asked to see the safety check inspection report and they could not give it to him. He wanted them to give him his car back, and they refused. Well of course they refused they paid him $4000 and sell it for $12,999.00. They then tell him they would take that one back and sell him a Journey for more money. They bring a red Journey around and it had not been cleaned, screw in the tire, major issues and everyone said no. They then agreed to fix the brakes, horn and look to see why the engine over heated. They stated that they could not get it to overheat so nothing was done with that, replaced a wire in the horn and "fixed" the brakes, even though the peddle still feels spongy. The reason for this post....Wyoming is a small State and you can only screw so many people over before you will not longer have a customer base. More

Do not get service done here, definitly do not buy a car here. I did both and I totally got a bad deal. First they lied about the dodge dart I bought saying it was a Rally edition. Completely lied. Now I am stuck until I sell the car or move going to Fremont with my extended warranty. Their service is terrible and they charged me a hundred for an electrical inspection for just a faulty battery and I had no idea they were doing that because it also needed warranties work. Instead of charging Mopar for the inspection, they charged me. Mopar customer service told me they really shafted me.
