I stopped to look at it one day, talked to Dave for a bit, and went on my way with no pressure, just a nice conversation about the truck and a business card. Took a day to mull it over, and decided to head back in for a test drive. I took it home for a few hours, and after convincing myself to stop being so thrifty (I was still driving my high school car 11 years later), decided to go back in and go for it! From financing options to paperwork to driving it away, the process was a breeze, and David and Dianna were awesome, even as I turned down all the extra services and protection packages ;) I can't recommend Fremont, and David, enough. There's a reason this dealership does a ton of business even in the shadow of the huge dealerships within a few hours drive. More

Traded In old Ford Truck I have been buying Ford trucks for the last 30 yrs. I went to the dealership to see what it was going to cost me to upgrade to a new F150. While there my salesrep, Zach, showed me a "new 2014". It has enough bells and whistles on it to feel like I am getting a nice upgrade from my '06. It's options were right on the spot. Smooth trade! I made a split second decision to trade in my 2012 Jeep Liberty for a 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan to help my family reduce our monthly payment while stil I made a split second decision to trade in my 2012 Jeep Liberty for a 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan to help my family reduce our monthly payment while still gaining lots of room for when we travel. Zach was very prompt in getting ahold of me when I expressed interest, and used forms of communication (email, text, phone calls) that were convenient to me throughout the process. He got the ball rolling on the trade and made a process that can be long and arduous easy and quick. When we came in for the test drive, he was very informative and not pushy at all. Dianne handled all the financial paperwork for us and walked us through it easily. What really impressed me was when, two days after we purchased our new van, the Check Engine light came on. Even though it was after hour, Zach answered my texts within just a few minutes and got me into the service department the following Monday. He made sure I had a loaner car big enough to haul my two kids from school while I waited, and that I was contacted as soon as my vehicle was ready for pickup. This is a dealership I look forward to buying from in the future, and my second excellent experience with Fremont Motors (first with the Powell branch). More
