While traveling on Interstate 80 through Rock Springs, a fuel line blew out on my 2004 diesel Ram 3500. I had my truck towed to Fremont Motors to see if they could fit me into the scheduled that day. The wh fuel line blew out on my 2004 diesel Ram 3500. I had my truck towed to Fremont Motors to see if they could fit me into the scheduled that day. The whole staff was amazing. They had a new fuel line made locally, installed it, and had everything done by 5:00 PM. The next day the service manager messaged me to make sure we had made it back to Oregon without any further issues. I was so impressed with the service department that I will seriously consider purchasing my next vehicle from them. More

False advertisement specialists. They list Ram trucks on multiple media outlets for $30K LESS than they actually try and sell them for. They listed a RAM 2500 for $81K. When I tried to buy the truck they revealed a price of $111K. I gave 1 star because I had to. They don't deserve that much. More

Bought a 18 ford raptor from the a couple months back, the finance guy was super pushy on selling me accommodation that I would have to drive 3 and a half hours one way to use. I spent 500.00 on some “ceramic coating crap that basically was xxxxxxxxx and left my paint all jacked up. My truck had 2 tires that were no good, I called them within a week of purchase my sells guy Troy said oh we’ll help you with this… 2 months later nothing… there were a couple other things that needed to be fixed on the truck but I just fixed them because they couldn’t even help me with the tires I had to replace. Never will I buy from them again.they say we have a warranty on all of our vehicles for up to 3k miles, here I was with just under a thousand miles and not a xxxx thing except tires and paint and a seat I had to fix. More
