Excellent work & care by Chauncy et al at service dept I made an appointment for my 2013 Explorer for the recall checkup for the exhaust system. Arriving from Rawlins (a 2 hour trip), Chauncy answered my q I made an appointment for my 2013 Explorer for the recall checkup for the exhaust system. Arriving from Rawlins (a 2 hour trip), Chauncy answered my questions about what the procedure was, how long it would take; and she made a loaner available to me so I could pick raspberries, and pick up my Wing River Honey while my Explorer was being worked on.
