I am working on my credit and my previous vehicle was through the credit acceptance program and he did everything in his power to get me financed through a bank which I never thought was possible but with my credit improving he made it happen. First, the service department works hard to accommodate my needs when I call to make a service appointment. When parts need to be ordered, the staff does so in a timely manner. When I show for a scheduled appointment, I am greeted at the door to the service department before being shown to a comfortable, well appointed waiting area. If the appointment is to take a consider amount of time, I am always offered shuttle services. Second, Fremont Toyota employs well trained technicians who have never failed to accurately diagnose and expertly repair the issues I have presented them. Their work is always done right the first time! Finally, every visit to the service department leaves me with an expertly washed and vacumed vehicle. I drive away from the service department knowing that the staff has provided me with dependable, quality service. More

The service department was no good! It took forever for a simple head gasket fix (almost a month!) and not only that, they were rude to us every time we tried to contact them.
