I had shopped around looking for the best price and narrowed it down to two different dealerships near me. I had both dealerships find me a Cruze loaded with air, leather seats and mp3 player. Even though the other dealership had the same vehicle the salesperson did not know anything about how a lot of the options worked. Plus when he sent me on my test drive I got lost seeing that I am not really that familiar with roads in Malone. Sean at Frenchie's told me about each option even before I had to ask about them also, he came with me on the test drive of the vehicle (this helped because I am not too familiar with Massena too well either). This was a wasted trip. The person we talked to had no clue what was going on, and his boss was rude and short with us. He was the typical used car salesman -talked fast, tried to sell you this worst piece of junk on the lot, never looked you in the eye, and when we insisted we were only looking toward a future purchase, we bacame a waste of his time. I had heard this was a good place to buy cars but now I guess it has a new owner. Too bad, butwe went to another Chevy dealer in a nearby town and got great help and everything we need for our purchase next month. Its hard enough buying a new car these days wothout these idiots only thinking about selling us a used piece of crap at an insane price. If we wanted a used car we would have asked for one. More
