Fresno Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Brought my Ram 2500 in on Thurs 5ģ28/20 afternoon for a Friday a.m. apointment to replace a part which they had in stock. Saturday, 5/30 @ 2:30 and I have yet to get a call that the work is done. They close @ 4 p.m. today & I am an hour drive away so I drove to the dealer anyway. When I arrived at 3:30 & still no call, I can see my truck in the lot. Service Advisor told me it is not his vehicle to watch & it will be ready when he gets the paperwork. I'll be going to Gill Auto Group Madera next time. More

Good and Honest People !!! I brought my charger in on Saturday because the check engine light came on. Something to do with the fuel pump. I was nervous that I was going to have to pay and arm and a leg, but Ron called me and said that noting was with my car, something in the pump area was a little loose. I just appreciate the fact that they are honest and hard working people that didn't take advantage of me. They also made sure all the fluids were topped off and checked my tire pressure.
