Oscar was very easy to work with. He coordinated with the rental department to get us a 4x4 which is required because of where we live. He was fast, efficient, and courteous. Randy was great. Got us in and out quickly with our appointment. Unfortunately the broken seatbelt was on back order and we were not able to get the repair. The service tech themselves are lacking. We got the car in at 8:30am but couldn't find out that the part was not available until 2:30pm. That's 6hrs with the tech just to tell us the part was not available. The techs here have had this problem forever and doesn't look like they have a fix for it after all these years. More

This makes me wonder what else might have been ignored. Also, the service seemed extremely costly just to update software when the car hadn’t been working and stopped on the freeway. More
