Jorge in service at Fresno Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was fanatics. First off my air conditioning in my 2018 Jeep GC went out in early August the hottest month. I called to make an appointment figuring I'd h fanatics. First off my air conditioning in my 2018 Jeep GC went out in early August the hottest month. I called to make an appointment figuring I'd have to wait several weeks or even months. However he was able to squeeze me in the following Wednesday. My family and I had already planned a trip for the weekend but Jorge said he'd try his best to have it ready. He called me later that day to inform me of the repairs. The repair required removing the dash which concerned me. I use to have a detailing business so I take pride in how my cars look. I was concerned that my dash would either get damaged or the removal would cause misalignment and or rattling noises. He assured me they'd take great care of my vehicle. Jorge called me Thursday left a message that my car was ready for pickup. I pick it up Friday morning. He had it washed and ready for my trip. The dash looked great no unwanted noises or scratches.
