Got an oil change and my brakes replaced on two separate dates. Jorge Fernandez assisted me both days and was excellent! Maintenance was done well and quickly. I don't ever write reviews but the service I receive when I take my 2021 Ram 2500 in for service is outstanding. My assigned service advisor is Randy and he always keeps me updated when my vehicle is in for I take my 2021 Ram 2500 in for service is outstanding. My assigned service advisor is Randy and he always keeps me updated when my vehicle is in for service. A week ago I received a call that I had a couple items on a nationwide recall, Randy called me and set up a time and I took it in. They had my truck for a couple days and he updated me the entire time. They provided me a ride to and from the dealership and everyone is friendly and very helpful everytime I go in. 10 out of 10 stars for for the awesome people that work a Fresno Dodge!! More
