Brought my Ram 2500 in on Thurs 5ģ28/20 afternoon for a Friday a.m. apointment to replace a part which they had in stock. Saturday, 5/30 @ 2:30 and I have yet to get a call that the work is done. They close @ 4 p.m. today & I am an hour drive away so I drove to the dealer anyway. When I arrived at 3:30 & still no call, I can see my truck in the lot. Service Advisor told me it is not his vehicle to watch & it will be ready when he gets the paperwork. I'll be going to Gill Auto Group Madera next time. More
Good and Honest People !!! I brought my charger in on Saturday because the check engine light came on. Something to do with the fuel pump. I was nervous that I was going to have to pay and arm and a leg, but Ron called me and said that noting was with my car, something in the pump area was a little loose. I just appreciate the fact that they are honest and hard working people that didn't take advantage of me. They also made sure all the fluids were topped off and checked my tire pressure. I will for sure go back if I need too. I just want to thank Ron and The rest of the techs for taking care of my car. THANK YOU!!! More

Inspect your car after service Bought a car at Fresno dodge on blackstone, with about 11k miles on it . I was second owner and I got extended warranty and all and life time oil changes , well after inspecting my car one day I saw missing hardware too my fan assembly which caused it too rub on the engine and cut my fan wires , I took it back and told them what I found , they wanted too still charge me 500 dollars too replace harness . I didnt remove the bolts and they claimed they didnt either . Even though all the work has been done by them , 1 year ago and couple of months I had power steering pump replaced and they are the only ones who worked on it or go under my hood . but I was still being charged a inspection fee for what I already knew and i was just told they dont know how the hardware went missing . I Didnt like the service ,I now go too Clovis So I can get my oil changes. Also service manager was a bit rude and not helpful at all. she just wanted too charge me instead of actually help . I do regular oil services so I was there every 4 to 5 months . Not anymore .check your car before u leave the lot . They also made a dent threw the inside of my door when replacing a window motor which I still have a dent with paint missing . Never got a call back or fixed. They didnt care if I left unhappy or about my car which I played big money for . Dont buy here or get service!!!!! More
Almost unbelievable I never do reviews but I just have to say something. They repaired things that were not needed, recommended more repairs that were not needed, and th I never do reviews but I just have to say something. It was an almost unbelievable experience. I was just happy to get past it and was done until today when I got a call from them wanting me to trade in my pickup. I would never go back and never recommend this place. To be clear i want the lowest rating possible. More
Took my Dodge to repair a check engine light. The mechanic had no idea what the problem was. From wires to gr valve. Couldn’t figure it out but the bill was getting very high. Once you are past them you travel down a dark unfriendly and unprofessional rabbit hole. Wait until you need service. The “express” oil change is two hours. They don’t make appointments. They don’t see the need to convenience their buyers after the deal. Everyone at both the Clovis and Fresno service departments are unfriendly and basically couldn’t care less. Last vehicle I will buy at Fresno Chrysler Jeep. I can spend my $62k anywhere else. More

Two days after I had my car worked on my check engine light came on and they expected me to pay more money for them to diagnose it. For all I know they did something to my car when they didn't properly fix it the first time. This isn't my first encounter with this dealership. I have visited them 6 times over the last year (because they are the local Dodge dealership) and have been less then impressed with their service. Save your money and time! Go somewhere else! More
Awful, terrible, dishonest, rude, liars Let me tell you about my experience with Dodge Fresno, specifically the Blackstone location. We have a 2007 Dodge caliber that wasn't running so I had it towed to the shop the week before Thanksgiving and December 2016, through the weeks the service advisor that I was talking to Jason, seems so warm so nice so helpful, They were not sure what was going on with my car at that time it was a mystery diagnosis and he told me that the technician was sure that it was a problem with the computer, the internal portion of the car. At first my bill was only going to be about $1750 because they had got the car running but it wasn't running correctly. Then, They suggested that I get a new "tipm" which was going to run me about $800 for the part alone. He suggested that this is what my car would need so I took his advice because he just told me that no matter what they were going to get this car fixed for me. Come to find out the cars not responding at all and even though the car is not responding to the parts that they put in they still want to charge me for the parts and labor. Now I understand about the labor but they're trying to charge $2400 for parts that were put in a vehicle of the vehicle did not respond to. The worst part was that last night we were called in and literally some greasy leather jacket wearing person that did not look professional at all proceeded to lead us down the shady path by advising that we give the car back to the bank it'll only hurt our credit a little bit blah blah. Let me repeat that, a sales professional from Dodge Chrysler tried to tell their customer to give the car back to our bank because the car was so "xxxxty". This is the most horrible advice I've ever heard, who tells someone to basically have their car repossessed so that way they can get shoved into another loan through their car dealership? Pathetic. Jason, Manny, and the rest of Dodge Chrysler on Blackstone are as crooked as thieves get. If you take your car into the shop and it has a mystery diagnosis make sure that you don't let the technician lead you on and make you believe that your car is going to be fixed when they're only intention is to get these parts that aren't responding to the car in the car, to get your money. They are not going to get the last laugh, this is all a learning experience the first of many reviews on all sites they advertise, even their Facebook. I will also be speaking with a news anchor(who is a personal friend of mine) to get the story out. I will make sure that I send my reviews to the people that are higher up, so they know exactly what their service advisors and sales people are doing to people that trust them wholeheartedly to fix an issue. I understand certain things can't be fixed , however we should be refunded for the parts and only have to pay labor. Beware this disgusting, company that holds no honor towards their customers. More
