Awful, terrible, dishonest, rude, liars Let me tell you about my experience with Dodge Fresno, specifically the Blackstone location. We have a 2007 Dodge caliber that wasn't running so I had Let me tell you about my experience with Dodge Fresno, specifically the Blackstone location. We have a 2007 Dodge caliber that wasn't running so I had it towed to the shop the week before Thanksgiving and December 2016, through the weeks the service advisor that I was talking to Jason, seems so warm so nice so helpful, They were not sure what was going on with my car at that time it was a mystery diagnosis and he told me that the technician was sure that it was a problem with the computer, the internal portion of the car. At first my bill was only going to be about $1750 because they had got the car running but it wasn't running correctly. Then, They suggested that I get a new "tipm" which was going to run me about $800 for the part alone. He suggested that this is what my car would need so I took his advice because he just told me that no matter what they were going to get this car fixed for me. Come to find out the cars not responding at all and even though the car is not responding to the parts that they put in they still want to charge me for the parts and labor. Now I understand about the labor but they're trying to charge $2400 for parts that were put in a vehicle of the vehicle did not respond to. The worst part was that last night we were called in and literally some greasy leather jacket wearing person that did not look professional at all proceeded to lead us down the shady path by advising that we give the car back to the bank it'll only hurt our credit a little bit blah blah. Let me repeat that, a sales professional from Dodge Chrysler tried to tell their customer to give the car back to our bank because the car was so "xxxxty". This is the most horrible advice I've ever heard, who tells someone to basically have their car repossessed so that way they can get shoved into another loan through their car dealership? Pathetic. Jason, Manny, and the rest of Dodge Chrysler on Blackstone are as crooked as thieves get. If you take your car into the shop and it has a mystery diagnosis make sure that you don't let the technician lead you on and make you believe that your car is going to be fixed when they're only intention is to get these parts that aren't responding to the car in the car, to get your money. They are not going to get the last laugh, this is all a learning experience the first of many reviews on all sites they advertise, even their Facebook. I will also be speaking with a news anchor(who is a personal friend of mine) to get the story out. I will make sure that I send my reviews to the people that are higher up, so they know exactly what their service advisors and sales people are doing to people that trust them wholeheartedly to fix an issue. I understand certain things can't be fixed , however we should be refunded for the parts and only have to pay labor. Beware this disgusting, company that holds no honor towards their customers. More

Service dept slow. Don't buy service plan Not a bad buying experience for a new truck, but don't buy the service plan. You can service your vehicle yourself much faster than the dealer! You can change your oil in 10 minutes. Jiffy lube can too. I once waited 3 hours. So just don't buy a service plan, and don't plan to use this service dept and you may be okay. More
Randy is absolutely awful! Had our vehicle for a week simply ordering 1 part and installation. Not once did he call us and give us an update. At the time of purchase the car had a clicking noise coming from under the car and I was told by the sales person they would look at the problem. I was also told that the car was up on all the scheduled maintenance. I trusted the salesman and the dealership, my first mistake. I should have ran the vin..I was talked into purchasing a 3 year 36 mile warranty. Tuesday 7-7-15 I brought my car to Fresno Chrysler for an oil change and I asked them to see if they could located the original noise. They told me the car had not had any scheduled maintenance done so it needed the spark plugs replaced which should have been done at 30k, which I was told when I purchased the vehicle that had been done. I was also told that the previous owner was a friend of Tim Finegan so rest assure this car was taken care of. After 4 days in the dealership I got my car back, the noise in now louder then ever and between 50 and 60 mph the car shakes. Tim Finegan got in my face in the new car showroom and called me a liar. There mechanics do not know how to diagnose problems. I was told by the service writer the mechanic put a code reader on the vehicle and if they don't see anything it's all good. I trusted this dealership and its owner and service department and that was my second mistake. More

Both Kyle Bier and Mr.Work (forgot the man's first name) were excellent! They are friendly, not pushy a bit, and made for one of the best car buying experiences of my lifetime. They are both top notch and got me into a car that I absolutely love. We recieved an excellent price for our trade in, and the entire transaction might have taken 90 minutes. Kudos to Fresno Dodge...I'd hire Kyle or Mr. Work in a heartbeat! More
I took my Jeep down to Fresno Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to have an oil change done under a factory special. I called the day before to make an appointment and everything seemed fine. When I dropped my Jeep off first thing in the morning they told me it should be ready in an hour. Three and a half hours later I finally got my vehicle. While driving home I noticed the dealer had put a service static cling on my windshield (like most oil places do) that said they had used 5W30 oil. The owners manual calls for 10W30 and the professional references I have access to suggest that 5W30 only be used in low (ie <60ºF) temperature applications. That is to say, the dealer used the wrong oil. When I called to ask why the elected to use 5W30 I was told 'you'll be fine.' When I pointed out that the factory spec for my vehicle under the applicable conditions is 10W30 (5W30 is not recommended for the temperature range Fresno experiences) the service adviser gave me the 'you get what you pay for.' If they had told me upfront that they were going to ignore the factory spec and use a different viscosity oil I would have left and done the oil change myself using the correct lubricant. Their advisers where very rude and unprofessional. I have since heard similar stories from other people who have dealt this this dealerships service department. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone seeking service. More
I brought our 2008 Jeep (1/16) in to service the rear wiper unit, would not spray. Along with this service a complete check of the Jeep was done per dealership. We were told there was nothing wrong. So we had to demonstrate how it did not work and then noticed the rear wiper was shred. The rear wiper liquid works now and the dealership put free wipers around for not noticing during the inspection (SECOND TRIP BACK TO DEALERSHIP) all the blades were bad.. so all in all not a bad experience.
