I called to get some warranty work done and was told it was covered but they could not get me in for 16 days. They also told me my deductible was 200.00 when it is only 100.00. When I went in they then sa was covered but they could not get me in for 16 days. They also told me my deductible was 200.00 when it is only 100.00. When I went in they then said my warranty expired two days prior and I would now have to pay. I put a call into the owner and he checked on the issue and made sure that it was done under warranty. I then had to get the owner involved again on the deductible and now the service writer found time to check and see that I was correct on it only being 100.00. They also were not very good on returning calls, they told me on two occasions that they would call me the next day and it took three days for that to happen, I would surely hope that they improve going forward. More

First of all…. . They tried to charge me almost $800 to replace a $70 part that took me 10 minutes to do myself. I ended up paying $125 for the diagnostic. On top of . On top of that, I have a breathalyzer in my vehicle that I informed them about. They proceeded to not only turn off my vehicle, refusing a requested test but also blew into my breathalyzer using a spare mouthpiece from my center arm rest compartment. I’m not sure if this is how they operate on the daily or if this was a one off experience, but I will never know because I will never bring my Jeep here again unless I have no other choice. More

I couldn’t be happier with the service and quality of work I received. Randy in the service department is second to none!
