Randy Giese has been my service advisor since I bought my 2020 Ram 2500 Lariat and is always a very professional and curtious representative of Fresno Dodge. I bought the premium oil service and when I come 2020 Ram 2500 Lariat and is always a very professional and curtious representative of Fresno Dodge. I bought the premium oil service and when I come in for that he searches for any recalls and lets me know what else may be needed to keep my truck running good. We recently had an issue with the turbo not building pressure and he got me in right away and worked diligently to get my truck fixed. It turned out to be a more serious issue and it was discovered to be the turbo,actuator, EGR valve, and the EGR cooler. He contacted my extended warranty company and worked with them to gain approval and then put us into a rental vehicle all in the day we were there. It turned out we had to wait for parts so he worked with his manager to get us a reduction in rental car cost due to the delay. I must submit to my company for reimbursement for extra days but I don’t have to deal with bringing the vehicle back and forth and this really helped me out as I was in the middle of moving. Thank you Randy for such great customer service. This is why I will continue doing business with you. More

Took new Ram in to this dealership twice now and the problems were not repaired. On pickup, the service manager said problems were corrected. I have the feeling that no attempt was made to repair.
