Worst dealer experience I’ve had. I regularly take my truck in for service at the ram dealer. I drop my truck off on a Wednesday never received a phone call about the diagnostic until I regularly take my truck in for service at the ram dealer. I drop my truck off on a Wednesday never received a phone call about the diagnostic until I called Monday of the following week. My truck was in the shop for 2 1/2 weeks For a bubble tire. That’s how long it took them to figure it out. I WOULD NEVER TAKE MY TRUCK HERE AGAIN!! More

The lack of communication was really grating. Dropped my truck off at 8:30 finally got a callback at 4:40 after 2 unanswered text, an unanswered voicemail and finally asking the receptionist to t Dropped my truck off at 8:30 finally got a callback at 4:40 after 2 unanswered text, an unanswered voicemail and finally asking the receptionist to track down the agent (I'm an hour from Fresno so I needed to figure out arrangements if I didn't get my truck back that day). When i did get a hold of the agent, he gave me the rundown and I wanted to discuss with my husband, then I called back 20 minutes later (which I get was after 5pm) left a voicemail and also sent another text (Neither responded to - just a quick confirmation would've been nice). I like the concept of a text message to directly respond to the agent without having to bother the receptionist but having 4 unanswered text, 2 unanswered voicemails, not getting a curtsy call to let me know what the diagnosis on my truck was, not getting a curtsy call to let me know that the part didn't come in to see if i wanted to pick up my truck so I had it for the weekend and no curtsy call on Friday or Monday to let me know that the truck wouldn't be done that on Monday so I could make other arrangement just really felt disrespectful of my time. The agent was nice enough to wave the diagnostic fee but a quick apology when I picked up the truck would've gone a long way. There was a if not 100% satisfied call this number and I called it to just let them know about the communication issue so I wouldn't have to write a review like this but I left a voicemail on that line and still have not receive a call back (it's been 2 days). More
Got to my appointment waited in my vehicle for about 5 minutes before someone came to pick up my Jeep. Estimated wait time was an hour for a oil change which is extremely long, all in all it took about 2 minutes before someone came to pick up my Jeep. Estimated wait time was an hour for a oil change which is extremely long, all in all it took about 2 hours. I waited about another 10 minutes before they brought my ride out when I finished paying. Very over priced for the service I received. More
