This was the 2nd time I brought this Ram to the dealership for the same repair. The service manager said the problem was resolved, but when I drove home it was obvious that the repair had not been dealership for the same repair. I bought this vehicle from this dealership because I thought they had a competent service department Big mistake! So far very untruthful and incompetent. More

I am writing to formally dispute the $550 charge you presented when my son came to pick up our truck. From the beginning, my son specifically stated that no additional money was to be spent on this t presented when my son came to pick up our truck. From the beginning, my son specifically stated that no additional money was to be spent on this truck. He also made clear that the error message was believed to be related to a prior dealer repair. You assured him that it would not cost anything to check. Two days later, when you called me, you explained that the signal was different from the previous repair. During that call, I repeated that I did not want to spend any additional money on this vehicle, as I am currently in litigation over multiple errors. At that point, I instructed you that my son would pick up the truck. Only then did you inform me that I owed $550. This charge was never authorized. Being told “not to worry, no charge” and then surprised with a $550 bill to simply check if an error was related to the prior repair is unfair and not in line with what was agreed. More
