My jeep grand Cherokee developed an issue last year, I was traveling to a lake with limited parking so I park d my jeep at a park-n-ride. It was fine when I parked it, the next start up every light you could imagine came on on the dash and all of my comfort and safety features were gone. I thought the worst! I bought the warranty but knew that each fault code could come with a separate deductible payment. Money I didn’t have. So my favorite vehicle became a bit of a nightmare! The first visit while plugging in all of what was wrong… and a week later sent home saying they had to order a wheel sensor. I couldn’t believe that all of this was caused by one wheel sensor and assumed that I would be replacing one part at a time until they finally figured it all out! I was wrong!!! The part came in, they brought the vehicle back in and made the repairs. The vehicle worked as it was supposed to, the communication was very good and some of my confidence was restored! One year and $200.00 later my dream jeep was restored! Thank you! More
