My only complaint with my last service on the 2024 Dodge Dart was the time it took 2 weeks to get corporate approval for replacement of parts because of the lifetime warranty that I have on the vehicle via MaxCare. Randy explained that at time, they were swamped with approving service and perhaps I should've gotten a rental vehicle for that time duration of 2 weeks. In summary, I'll continue bring my vehicles into Fresno Dodge for service because of Randy's professionalism. More
