Went in for a complementary oil change. The manager called me a couple hours later to inform me that during inspection they found I had a front left caliper brake fluid leak. The cost would The manager called me a couple hours later to inform me that during inspection they found I had a front left caliper brake fluid leak. The cost would be $550 for them to fix it and wanted to know if I approved the work. I told him that I recently had my brakes done by Les Schwab. He nonchalantly said well then you can take it back to them and have them fix it. I took my car into Les Schwab two days later, and after their inspection, they found that there was absolutely no leak. They took the fluid levels and found nothing wrong. It’s upsetting to see that this dealership would try to steal money from customers like that. More
