We ordered a Winnebago travel trailer and during the months awaiting delivery, Harris answered our question and kept us informed as to when it would be coming in. The pick-up was this past week, on the coldest day of the year, and Harris and the mechanic spent as much time as we needed to go over everything outside in the frigid temps. They really made sure we were comfortable with the features before we rolled off the lot. Buying the RV from Fretz was a very easy process and we are very pleased with our purchase. In the days since we picked it up, Harris has been readily available for any follow-up questions we have had, which has been greatly appreciated! More

Service Bought a Winnebago trailer in April 2016. Fantastic buying experience. In Oct 2017 the nose started to separate from the roof. It turned out that there had been a repair prior to our purchase. I dropped the trailer at the service center to be repaired. The owner Steve Fretz got involved and made sure that the repairs were done to our satisfaction and even got the factory involved to make sure that I was happy. More

LTV Unity Twin Bed It takes time to order an LTV and Luke kept us advised of every milestone. Two days after delivery from LTV our RV was preped and ready for pickup.
