This feedback is for Paul Deems. I usually go to Ford Country (LV) or Bell Ford (AZ) and get exceptional service all the time, which is the reason I continue to be a Ford customer. I made an appointment at this location and was advised that the system for some reason could not schedule a pick up; however, I could drive the car there and they would drive me to another location and then pick me up. Paul then stated I needed a ride back if I wanted to leave since Ford couldn’t do it, so I stayed at the premises. The service was prompt, however, when I did not receive an inspection recap ( which I usually do at the other locations), I asked the cashier, and she printed the paperwork. The paperwork stated that the the inspection determined the engine air filter and the cabin needed to be replaced. It also said I "declined the recommended service". I never declined because I was never told. That's the reason I took the car to the dealership: to get serviced. I asked around to se if I could get it done and everyone redirected me to Paul. When I asked Paul, he stated I can get it done 'next time'. With 110+ degree weather I am not waiting until 'next time', I will have to take the car to another dealership to get the air filter and the cabin replaced. Unfortunately this was not a good experience. More than likely I will not return to this location. I did receive a 'survey' link from Paul, however, it says the car is waiting to be picked up and it won't allow me to take the survey. I hope this feedback helps management help other customers to not have to experience the same. I know Ford prides on superior service and this experience is not a reflection of Ford's values. More

Their negligence could get people KILLED! Friendly Ford in Las Vegas sold me a dangerous vehicle that needed numerous repairs despite it being a certified pre-owned. When I bought the vehicle, they had installed 2 defective tires, left on 2 cracking old tires that had to be replaced within 10,000 miles, did not check fluid levels, did not fix or notice a cracked transmission bracket and a cracked windshield wiper fluid reservoir, did not even check if the radiator cap fit, and it took them 2 weeks to get my van after they broke the sunroof and did not bother to expedite the part. Additionally, they did not even file the title information correctly and now I am being harassed by the company I have my loan through because of this. I sent information on my initial issues to general manager Bill Bosnos and heard nothing back. Although they covered some of the original issues that were identified, it was like pulling teeth, and the service manager lied to me and gaslit me on several occasions. I filed a complaint with Ford but they have made it clear that as a company they do not intend to hold negligent dealers such as Friendly Ford accountable. Friendly Ford has made no attempt to reach out and make this issue right. This has been an extremely expensive and scary process to deal with, as I could have been killed at numerous times because of their neglect. I have also lost many days of work over the issues with the vehicle because Friendly Ford could not be bothered to do their jobs correctly. Additionally, I know of another instance where Friendly Ford installed defective tires on a vehicle. As far as I can tell, Friendly Ford is putting customers at risk, and could kill people with the vehicles they are selling. More
This is my far the worst customer service ever. I scheduled an appointment for 9:30 and dropped the car off. I talked to the jobs service supervisor and was told basically that's how we do things too bad so I asked to speak to the service manager. After being condescending and trying to compare her service department to a doctors office she accused me a being rude and making a mess in their lobby (I sat in a chair and nothing more) she then kicked me out of the dealership and refused to finish the work on the car which was just getting started at that point. They went as far to drive the car all the way to the gate of the dealership and made me walk to there. I have never been treated so unprofessional and rude! Avoid this service department at all costs. I will be going to the Ford company about this issue. More
I can't speak for their sales department, but my F350 had been in for repairs for almost 2 weeks now. It took a week to get the parts which I understand. I was called last Thursday at lunchtime and was told been in for repairs for almost 2 weeks now. It took a week to get the parts which I understand. I was called last Thursday at lunchtime and was told that all the parts were in and the repair was a 2 day job. Then I was told there was 1 vehicle ahead of mine, but they had finally started working on it on Friday afternoon. By Tuesday (this afternoon, and 2 work days beyond when they had supposedly started work on the truck) no one had called, so I started calling. None of the service managers called me back. Finally our "service agent" called me and told me they were about 50% finished. This is NOT GOOD service or customer relations. I still have not had anyone explain to me why this is taking so long. I was again promised it would be ready tomorrow, but I don't see that happening. More
Brought my 2020 mustang in for a works oil change. Tires were not rotated, tread depths reported at 7, but when I got home and measured them with a tread depth gauge, they are at a 9! Had an appointment for the 'service' scheduled for 10:30am. I dropped the car off at 10:15am, the car wasn't pulled into a bay until 11:45am! This vehicle has 2 open recalls and no one said anything! Would have scheduled an appointment to have them taken care of, but glad I didn't since your service department can't handle a simple oil change & tire rotation! More
Inquired about a vehicle at the cars. com price. Was told twice, by two separate individuals that the price was accurate. Once I asked for an appointment to view the vehicle they changed t com price. *PRICE GOUGING* I dropped car off with one faulty window and 2 faulty locks. Was there for a couple weeks until I called and really needed it as I’m a mom of 4 kids. My total was $2200.00 AND one of the loc and 2 faulty locks. Was there for a couple weeks until I called and really needed it as I’m a mom of 4 kids. My total was $2200.00 AND one of the locks still DID NOT work. I’m so disgusted with the fact that they actually ripped me off like this. And they did it with a big smile. They also charged me for a passenger window that *mysteriously broke* after I dropped it off. Shame on you all. More
Save yourself some time and don't do business here. Salesperson by the name of Sheldon is extremely rude. I called to speak to someone in the finance department and pretty much told me to f*** off.
