Joseph was super patient, nice and accommodating by answering all questions we had via email before setting up an appointment to meet (which helped out a lot). We are super happy that Joseph reached out to us because we ended up leaving in a brand new car! Everyone from Joseph, to his Sales Manager Jason, Floor Manager Charles and Kim in Finance were super friendly, helpful and awesome! It was also nice to see a familiar face too, Chris who is now in finance...he had sold us our first ford in 2014 and remembered us and our life story!
