I wasn't sure which model I wanted to purchase. Our sales rep, Randy Block, was knowledgeable about the features of the cars we were interested in, which then made the our decision easy. I appreciate the extra time he took to program the settings for us (phone, climate,etc.), all set when I drove it out of the lot. I love my new car! More

Car shopping...with toddlers I decided it was time to upgrade our vehicle so braved the world of car shopping, without my husband, but with my 3 year old and 6 month old in tow, d I decided it was time to upgrade our vehicle so braved the world of car shopping, without my husband, but with my 3 year old and 6 month old in tow, during the Vegas summer (what was I thinking?!!?!). The staff at the Ford Dealership on N. Decatur were WONDERFUL! Starting with Shannon, who greeted my initial phone call with enthusiasm and kindness and continued that behavior via text as she went out of her way to send me pictures of the newly-listed vehicle before I drove the 40m (with kids in tow) to see it. Eric was my salesman and he was patient and kind, even held my 6 month old while I installed the car seats for a test drive. Once inside the sales office, the friendly atmosphere was amplified by many associates engaging playfully with my children from giving my 3 year old balloons (day. made.) to playing peek-a-boo with my 6 month old. A car dealership comes with the notion that kids are a nuisance and unwelcome, that did not ring true at Ford. Furthermore, they went above and beyond in their customer service as they did some minor repairs for me 3 days after I purchased the car, at no cost to me, and were very accommodating when it came to my tight schedule. The repair may have seemed like no big deal to them but for me, a SAHM, I appreciated the money they saved us of having to repair the minor issue on our own dime. I will 1,000% recommend Ford to friends and family who are in the market to purchase a new/used car and will be back when we are ready for another upgrade. More
