Great Last Minute Service My battery died on my 2017 Explorer while running errands. Battery life is always a problem in Vegas. I called Friendly pretty late in the afternoon.. My battery died on my 2017 Explorer while running errands. Battery life is always a problem in Vegas. I called Friendly pretty late in the afternoon...maybe 2:30pm. They told me I could come right in. I got a jump and made my way from Henderson area, so quite a ride to get there. Service put in a new battery and had me on my way by 4:30pm. It was also covered under the warranty! Thank you! More

quick lane oil change The service adviser was on training . I pulled in the drive and got out of my car there was people busy and he saw me look around and came to help. I pulled in the drive and got out of my car there was people busy and he saw me look around and came to help. that is good customer service . he has not mastered the computer as yet but knew not to leave a customer standing there so he stepped up. he logged me in and his trainer came over and made a few adjustments on the computer. I liked that he stepped up. the guys doing my oil change and cabin filter spent a few min looking at their phones and sending texts and looking at a new shirt one just got... it was only a few min but this tells me they are hourly employees and not getting paid ticks. if they got paid for the job and not the hours they may be a bit faster getting jobs done... but all in all happy with the job More
