Friendly and helpful Jesus immediately made me feel at ease when I pulled up to the service booth. I just came in for an oil change, but when he looked at my engine, he sa Jesus immediately made me feel at ease when I pulled up to the service booth. I just came in for an oil change, but when he looked at my engine, he saw I needed a new battery and explained as well as showed me why. I didn’t have anyone come up and want to add additional services or items on and felt zero high pressure sales. Jesus told me the cost up front and explained the battery warranty policy at Friendly Ford (and all Ford places). He also gave me a time estimate (which was exactly on the dot). Because of Jesus’ excellent customer service, I will be returning to Friendly Ford. More

I don't like being forced to acknowledge good service people doing a good job, only if I write a review for you. My advice for you is the following: Stop making people feel like they owe you something. My responses are given freely. Not because someone decided that I will not be allowed to submit my survey response until I comply with their demand. Don't do that. It makes people upset. Thank you. More
