Made my day My wife wasn't too happy to go out looking for a car on this hot day she was complaining that it was too hot and didn't understand why I stopped at Fr My wife wasn't too happy to go out looking for a car on this hot day she was complaining that it was too hot and didn't understand why I stopped at Friendly Ford first before to a bigger car lot this was my first time ever purchasing a car at a car dealership I have to say that this was one of the best experience that I have had with customer service they had made sure that my wife and I was very comfortable everyone around us was checking on us all throughout our visit Joseph did a great job with his customer service he made us feel like we were at home and took great care of us when we was out walking around the lot looking for cars on that hot day Joseph make sure that he kept us with cold water and try to keep us cool throughout walking around looking for vehicles I have to say Friendly Ford have great customer service keep up the good work this is something that you don't see often I will recommend Friendly Ford car dealership to my family and friends I have been telling all my coworkers how great Friendly Ford dealership is how they offer my wife and I lunch ice cold water cold and ice cream to keep us cool it was just unbelievable how they went up and Beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and taking care of and then he put us in good hands it was a little wait for the paperwork to get done we was told that they were backed up but it didn't matter because we were so content and comfortable and everyone was so nice we did not mind the wait another gentleman by the name of Stephen I believe that finish off with our paperwork I was unsure about adding on the warranty for the vehicle most people are pushy and will do whatever they can to sell you something I have to say that I believe his name is Steven did not make me feel uncomfortable he took out the time and let me sit and think about what I wanted to do I even stopped to make phone calls to try to get some advice from someone I know at the end of the day I was so comfortable I didn't care about what other people told me I went ahead and took the warranty I'm happy that I did thank you and thank you Joseph for everything that you have done we will be back my wife said that she was happy that we stopped at Friendly for after all we had a great experience More

Excellent experience ordering a new truck I had a fantastic experience working with Dave and Matt to order a 2017 Raptor. I first contacted them nearly a year ago and they were honest and upf I had a fantastic experience working with Dave and Matt to order a 2017 Raptor. I first contacted them nearly a year ago and they were honest and upfront that they were selling at MSRP but had a long waitlist (very few dealers were selling the Raptor at MSRP then). Come April, they got an unexpected round of allocations and Dave thought to call me and see if I was still interested - of course! Being from San Diego, I was able to do everything by phone/email and had no trouble arranging to have taxes paid to PA, my home of record where I will be registering the truck. They were fantastic to work with from order to delivery, and picking up the truck was a breeze - they sent me all the paperwork ahead of time so that I could verify everything before driving up, and then had the vehicle prepped in less than a day so that I could get it as soon as possible. Dave and Matt really went the extra mile for me and I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in buying a new Ford! More
