years in service mean nothing! I purchased a vehicle from Friendly Ford in 2012. I purchased the premium extended waranty for an extra $1700. The waranty stated 84 months from Jun I purchased a vehicle from Friendly Ford in 2012. I purchased the premium extended waranty for an extra $1700. The waranty stated 84 months from June 2012 to June 2019 or GET THIS 36,000 miles 36,000 miles was the fine print we were not made aware of. 36,000 miles would barely cover 4 years and the manufacturers waranty was 5 years. Why would we purchase something that stupid! Come to find out numerous others have been ripped off in the same way. The Ford Customer Resolution Center has been trying to contact the dealer who refuses the calls. The dealership this morning told the Resolution Dept that my vehicle vin # and name did not exist with them. Their extended warranties written in this manner border on fraudulant. Furthermore I went in to the dealership to look at vehicles (before I knew of the waranty issue) and was treated beyond rude! They told me I couldn't afford one of their cars, they told me the prices on the window sticker of the cars were incorrect and to add $5000 to the price. they told me I had poor credit and any payment for me would be $800 to $900 monthly. It was 8:30 on a Saturday night and the salesmen and managers were sitting back in their chairs with their feet on the desks. So rude! Hmmm, the didn't know me at all! I walked out never ever to return. Went right up to Team Ford and paid cash for a 2017 escape. Their loss Do not trust this dealership. Right now they are being investigated for writing fraudulant warranties and refuse to even work with the Ford Resolution Corporate offices. Watch the finance department, read every last word, or better yet CHANGE DEALERS! Team Ford is absolutely awesome! Super salesman. Ask for Lucky Lou. He knew everything about the car I purchased! You can trust the finance people who explain everything! And the management treat you respectfully!!! More

protect your wallet I recently bought a brand new F350 truck from Friendly Ford. I live out of state in Arizona so my sales tax is different that Nevada. When the contrac I recently bought a brand new F350 truck from Friendly Ford. I live out of state in Arizona so my sales tax is different that Nevada. When the contract manager went through my sales contract, she charged me an outrageous amount of sales tax. I immediately told her that the amount she was quoting was wrong; she however insisted she was right. I then told her that they the dealer would have to reimburse me for the difference if I was correct. A few days later my local AZ MVD office called me & asked me to come in to process my paper work/registration. When I got to MVD they said that the dealer had overcharged me by more than $3000.00. No surprise to me! Afterwards I sent an email to the contract manager with the AZ MVD registration attachments & a copy of the applicable portion of my sales contract. In that email I requested that Friendly Ford reimburse me for this huge error. Well more than 3 weeks have passed & I haven't received my $3000.00 plus reimbursement. All I've gotten from Friendly Ford is "bull!" Anyway, I contacted Ford Motor Corp & lodged a complaint with all of the supporting information. Ford's response was that Friendly Ford owed me all of the overcharged funds. I'm still waiting for my money. If you are considering buying a car or truck, I would recommend that you protect your wallet & don't bother to visit not-so Friendly Ford! More

I own a 2015 Ford Fiesta Red, I got a letter from the Ford company to bring my car for a transmission guarantee ... drop my car at service at Ford F I own a 2015 Ford Fiesta Red, I got a letter from the Ford company to bring my car for a transmission guarantee ... drop my car at service at Ford Friendly Service on Friday at 12 noon and they told me will be ready by Monday the latest ...there was no email or calls regarding the proces . I went to pick up my car since nobody answer to the phone or return my call and the service employees did not even start it on my car. I don't think will take more then 2 days to check up on my car. The company don't cover rental car during the check up so I had to pay on my own... this is xxxxxxxx !!!!!!!! I can not believe that a such a nice company hire people who don't do there job... very disappointed !!!! Thanks for waisting my time and money!!!! More

How does a brand new car break down? The dealership (Friendly Ford) had it for three weeks while I rented a car and accumulated a huge expense. Only to find out it sat there for weeks because they had to order a simple part that takes an hour to replace. Just terrible. At some point during the lease the 'mobility kit' was stolen out of the car (it was only ever at the service department and my house). This 'mobility kit' is basically a tire inflation kit that costs $50-60. They charged me more than $300 for it! Outrageous. Friendly is about the only thing they seem to have figured out. I wouldn't get a Ford from this place If I were you. Make a good decision. Don't go here. More

Nobody called so at 330 I called the service dept and was told that they just took my vehicle in to check it out, which I'm sure was a lie. Of course the service advisor said he would call me back by 4pm. This is the second time a similar thing has happened to me at this dealership. The first time was about 3 months ago I went in for a oil change that turned into a 3 hour ordeal because a work order was never written so my car sat in the parking lot until I asked when my car would be done. The worse part about their service dept is when they realized what happened they didn't offer an apology or anything and as a matter of fact their reaction was like it was no big deal which means it probably happens alot. FORD MOTOR COMPANY MUST GIVE THOSE "GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARDS" to anyone that ask for them. More
WORSE DEALERSHIP IN LAS VEGAS I'm local here in Las Vegas three (3) years running now and a car 'guy' - I tried this dealership for a few oil changes - DO NOT GO HERE TO CHANGE YOU I'm local here in Las Vegas three (3) years running now and a car 'guy' - I tried this dealership for a few oil changes - DO NOT GO HERE TO CHANGE YOUR OIL - they hire inexperienced kids who do nothing more than damage your car, and when you go to the Managers, they treat you like a second-class citizen. They screwed up all of my rims while performing a 'simple' tire rotation. They always put the wrong air pressure in my tires ..etc.....they have no loyalty to any long time customers (I had two (2) other customers tell me even worse stories) while we waited forever for our cars - I'll try team ford or country ford - But be wise and learn from everyone's mistakes in coming here for service - AVOID THIS PLACE FOR ANY AND ALL SERVICE (unless of course you like your car damaged and the managers telling you to go f yourself) More
