We were in need of a smaller vehicle as my wife could no longer climb up into our F-150. I had done an internet request for information from Friendly Ford of Hamilton on the 2023 Ford Maverick. At this point we were very disappointed, but Jim said if somehow one would become available he would give us a call. Tuesday afternoon he called and days that one just became available and he was calling as promised. We got to the dealership just before closing and everyone there was so nice. They all stayed long after closing as we talked over the details and took a test drive. Because of my wife's medical need, they wanted to get her into a comfortable vehicle for her, I felt real compassion from Jim and his associates. Wednesday came and we took our Ford Maverick home. The deal was real easy, I did not feel like I was dealing with salesmen but with actual compassionate human beings. I highly recommend Friendly Ford of Hamilton. Their name says it all. More
