Rich Ryan was a pleasure to deal with. He made the whole experience of purchasing a new Truck outstanding. The Ford Truck he put me in was close to the vehicle setup I was trading in but w He made the whole experience of purchasing a new Truck outstanding. He communicated with me through out the whole vehicle prep and I was very pleased with the vehicle. His attitude & professionalism was something more Sales People should learn from.
