Friendly Ford was the only spot in 200 miles that had an Expedition spec'd the way I wanted it. I tried calling local dealerships near me and it was a train wreck. Robocalls/emails but nobody would answer my very clear question. I was paired with Katie at Friendly:Hamilton and she made the process so simple. Excellent communication, fair dealings, regular updates and I think we delivered within 48 hours of it arriving from the factory. Cameron stepped in for the delivery and was pleasant as well. Stepping into Hamilton Ford was like stepping back in time---in the best way. Real humans, not millions dumped into a flashy showroom. I was there on Christmas Eve, and everyone was genuinely helpful and appreciative of the business. It was like a Hallmark Movie, I left the dealership, snow-dusted over the parking lots, and drove into Hamilton for a pop-up local market to gather last-minute mittens and honey. No drama. No ridiculous upsells. No pressure. Just a simple transaction and truly Friendly folks. I hadn't made it home when I started telling my friends (who are also facing the *big dealership xxxx* locally) to make the drive to Hamilton! We'll be back when the need arises. More
