Friendly Honda

We purchased a vehicle for our teenage daughter. The salesman said he would purchase this car for his child. We had the vehicle 3 weeks and it had no oil! Brought it in and they put oil in it. 3 more salesman said he would purchase this car for his child. We had the vehicle 3 weeks and it had no oil! Brought it in and they put oil in it. 3 more weeks and no oil again! Major engine repairs required. They talked the warranty company into covering the repairs. That was wonderful, but we should have never had these problems in the first place. Vehicle is still not running properly. Car is back at Honda for repairs. We were advised that there will be a fee (deductible) before they will analyze the vehicle. We had no choice but to agree to the fee. We will see what happens now and see if the vehicle is in working order -- the way it should have been when the car was purchased. More

Every person we spoke to went out of their way to make sure that all of our questions were answered. They were open and honest about different options and alternatives, and what it would mean to US if we sure that all of our questions were answered. They were open and honest about different options and alternatives, and what it would mean to US if we chose one option or the other. Also, we never felt like anyone was trying to sell us something we didn't need or want. For certain options, we weren't sure if we really needed it, and either Anthony, Dominic, or Jim gave us what we felt were their own honest and personal opinions about what it would or wouldn't do for us. Our family has been shopping here for over a decade, and I do not see any reason why this won't continue in the future. More
