Very frustrating! !! The salesman did not seem interested in selling me a vehicle today. I arrived to test drive a 4 Runner and after waiting a few minutes Lynn came b !! The salesman did not seem interested in selling me a vehicle today. I arrived to test drive a 4 Runner and after waiting a few minutes Lynn came back and said I can’t let you test drive a vehicle today. We don’t have any temp tags and not sure if will have any tomorrow. What the HECK!!!! I have purchased 2 vehicles from the Friendship Ford family in the past 6 years and they are not willing to let me test drive a vehicle. I have never had this come up at any company so what is up with this dealership? Customer service is terrible here and they didn’t even try to come up with a plan to take care of me. I have worked with Friendship Hyundai in Bristol, TN (bought last 2 vehicles from them) and get my company vehicle serviced at Friendship Ford across the street and have been satisfied with both of these dealerships. How can Friendship Chrysler Jeep be so unconcerned about customer service and selling vehicles? I would definitely not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

I recently contacted Friendship CDJR for a out the door Quote on a used 2022 F350 Truck, they came back with a Quote about 16000 over KBB book value and The MSRP for a new almost Identical truck is about 1 Quote on a used 2022 F350 Truck, they came back with a Quote about 16000 over KBB book value and The MSRP for a new almost Identical truck is about 18000 under what they Quoted. this Dealer is apparently price Gouging customers. I was told from a current Sales person they were marking up every vehicle at least 10,000 above market value. if you are in the market for a Vehicle do the research before hand. I would avoid any of the Friendship Dealer ships they are taking advantage of Customers that are trying to find a Fair deal. The General Manager talked to me like I didn't know what I was talking about when it came down to Values and Pricing. Avoid at all cost! More
