As an example, $599 for wheel locks, that would cost $10 at most. Charging for paint protection that can be had for 1/10th what they charge, even charging for putting air into the tires. This dealership is like the low end jewelry stores that mark up prices in order to have a sale. Please do your homework, and watch the numbers closely, as they don't disclose this information until its time to sign the contract. I was told this is intentionally their business model. When I asked for confirmation that they are intentionally leaving information out of conversation sand emails, this was confirmed. More

I tried for 2 days to get someone to call me as I wanted to purchase a new Jeep that was on their website. When someone finally returned my calls they said they would get with me by the end of the day. Ne to purchase a new Jeep that was on their website. Never heard back, had to spend another day only to find out that salesperson was no longer there a day later. Spent 8 hours trying to give all the info to the new salesperson they gave me only to finally be told that someone is in finance right now with that Jeep and could they sell me something else they had in stock. Horrible service. Glad I didn't buy from here. More

Poor customer service after the sale. We are having a problem towing our 2021 JGC behind our RV. Follow all instruction in the owners manual but yet their was an issue. This dealership wouldn’t work with us to get a payment in an affordable range and that is the best part of this review. The business office wouldn’t accept a pre qualification from my credit union. I did that to make sure I could qualify for the purchase. To make the deal they forced me to run my credit again, financed with the same credit union so they could get bonuses from that credit union. Of course they tried to tell me that wasn’t two hard pulls on my credit which it is. Then they gave me more false information about my credit union’s gap insurance. They gave me a price higher than I had been quoted. They then told me the credit union wouldn’t pay the full loan amount Iran accident occutrred in the first few months of ownership. This is totally false so they sold me something “better” at another four hundred dollar plus gain for the business office. Now, after five weeks since a requested cancellation of the gap insurance it still isn’t done. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. If you go be especially careful in the business office part of the process. More
