We drove 2 hours to Friendship Ford of Lenoir for a truck we saw online not knowing what to expect from the staff. They were phenomenal. He put us at ease from the moment we stepped on the lot. He was knowledgeable about the truck and was able to answer all of our questions. He was personable and made sure we were comfortable with every step. I cannot say enough good things about Jonathan or the dealership. It was the most pleasant experience I have had purchasing a new vehicle. It was worth the drive! Their price was thousands below Kelley Blue Book and they gave me a fair deal on my trade. Had a problem with tire sensors and because of lack of time the owner gave me his personal cell with instructions to take it anywhere I wanted when I got home and fix it and it would be taken care of. This is not a new unit; it was a 2010 transit connect. The best folks I have ever encountered in a dealership and I could not say enough good things about the lady I first made contact with Miss Blue Kelly. She is a treasure for the Ford place and a pleasure to be around. More
