I spoke to Ms. Peterson and informed her that she purchased the vehicle back in July and she signed numerous documents waiving any Vehicle Service Contract. She also signed documents that state the vehicle is sold AS-IS and she waived the right to have the vehicle inspected before purchasing the vehicle. I expressed my empathy as to the unfortunate issues the vehicle has had during her ownership, but we did everything in our control to make sure she was well aware of her options and she opted out of the extra coverage for her vehicle. We make sure that we are transparent with our clients and offer everything we can that they, the consumer, and the vehicle qualify for.
