7 days went by before they contacted our warranty company (Ethos Group - most expensive warranty $7,000, and we were told by the dealership there were no exclusions) who then went on to deny our claim for a (Ethos Group - most expensive warranty $7,000, and we were told by the dealership there were no exclusions) who then went on to deny our claim for a faulty back window leaking on the 2022 Ram Trucks (class action lawsuit was filed then dismissed). Since they waited so long, we incurred rental charges for 7 days that we had to cover ourselves. Also, the part they installed below the window was just hanging there and laying near the floorboard...it wasn't even attached to the wall of the cab. It was a $200 part that cost us $1400 for them to 'install' that wasn't even installed. My husband had to install it correctly. We won't being buying Dodge again, nor Ethos warranties More

It was great working with Ravi to purchased a used Ford Expedition. He worked to make it a fast and efficient purchase. Additionally, the next day there was an issue with one of the tail lights.
