Recently purchased a brand new 2023 Wagoneer. I have been looking for a family car since my second baby was on the way. I usually drove luxury brands like Mercedes and Lexus. I prefer luxury brands b/c I don’t like wasting my time waiting at dealers when I have an issue with my vehicle and Mercedes and Lexus let you drop the car and get you a loaner. So before I purchased the Wagoneer, I asked the same question if they would let me have a loaner car when my car had a problem. This dealer sales and finance guy said YES, Wagoneer provide the loaner car service. That made me purchase the Wagoneer. Approximately three months later I purchased the Wagoneer there was a safety recall with this vehicle. I even made an appointment online with a loaner. I took the vehicle to service they never provided me a loaner. My husband has to pick me up and drop me off. They are saying not an acceptable reason. “Enterprise has to approve the loaner car” also have the issue with steering wheel, when parts come in they will let me have loaner car for sure and replace the steering wheel. I trust them. Well, I called them to make a service appointment last three weeks. I left messages multiple times to the service director, service advisor, and service manager. NOBODY from the service department called me for an explanation or anything. I even contacted the Wagoneer client service center and opened a case for this. They said they would resolve the issue quickly as possible. Until now, in the passed three weeks no one resolved this issue. If I go back to the moment I purchased this vehicle, I wouldn’t buy this vehicle. I rather find something else similar vehicle like a GMC Yukon or Suburban. Jeep is saying the Wagoneer line is a luxury line and treats customers well. Nono that is not a true statement. Any other car brand dealer will not treat customers like this. Very disappointed and I would never recommend to my friends and family to purchase. More
