I copied (Below) another review because it sums up my experience. I would akin this dealership to mafia like tactics. So unethical and so disappointing. I'm glad I decided to start recording the sales experience. I would akin this dealership to mafia like tactics. So unethical and so disappointing. I'm glad I decided to start recording the sales and finance person for any future investigations based on my report. "I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Frisco Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership. My intention was to purchase a car I had extensively researched and found listed at a specific price online. Unfortunately, what followed was a prime example of bait and switch tactics at play. Having traveled from out of town, I arrived at the dealership ready to make a purchase. To my astonishment, I was informed that the car's advertised price was not applicable if I didn't opt for their elective CarLuxe package or the Car Rx service. Both of these options were clearly listed as separate line items on the purchase agreement, and they should have been entirely optional. What baffled me further was their justification for this discrepancy. I was told that the dealership had "too much" invested in the car to honor the price they themselves had advertised. It's hard to comprehend how their internal costs should dictate the final price presented to the customer. If there were additional costs, shouldn't those have been factored into the initial price rather than being used as a basis for an upsell? This experience leaves me questioning the dealership's ethical standards and overall business culture. Is it common practice for them to attract customers with one price, only to backtrack and impose unexpected costs upon arrival? The lack of transparency and integrity in this situation is deeply concerning. I urge fellow consumers to exercise caution when dealing with this dealership. My hope is that by sharing my experience, I can help others avoid falling victim to such deceptive practices. It's disappointing to see a business resort to tactics that erode trust and tarnish their reputation. Be cautious and stay informed before making any purchases here. Your hard-earned money deserves to be spent with businesses that prioritize honesty and fairness." More

So to my surprise I found out complimentary oil changes expire which makes no sense since you really shouldn’t need to go through 5 oil changes in 2 years but hey that cool I get it. So it will be the 89 s expire which makes no sense since you really shouldn’t need to go through 5 oil changes in 2 years but hey that cool I get it. So it will be the 89 shown on the website when I made the appointment, Umm no it will be 109.00 for our cheapest oil change That not what your website says Yea I know but we don’t go off of that anymore. Umm ok what about the 20 tire rotation? Nope that’s not $20 any more either. Umm pretty sure that falls under bait and switch and or false advertising. No wonder you have a 2 star rating on Yelp. Only way I can explain these reviews is if people were given something for a 5 star review. More
I want to recount my experience with Frisco Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and the General Sales Manager Aaron Cameron. We walked into the dealership to purchase a car for my daughter. We offered the advertised lis Dodge Ram and the General Sales Manager Aaron Cameron. We walked into the dealership to purchase a car for my daughter. We offered the advertised list price on the vehicle complete with tax, title and license. The salesman Vince came back and offered the deal with a package of 3 year LuxCare or 1 year Car Rx. We declined both packages. Vince stated he needed to go speak with his GSM. The GSM, Aaron Cameron returned to the office with Vince- he stated he had too much in the car and the “optional” package is not an option. We would be required to purchase the vehicle with what is otherwise sold as an elective warranty and/or service. We asked directly if we could purchase the car for the listed price and was told empathically no. Aaron was indignant, rude and downright matter of fact in his approach. He offered no explanation other than “he has too much in the vehicle” although we are there to do the deal for the FULL price on the vehicle. I asked Aaron for the regional managers info- he stated they don’t have a regional manager and didn’t offer a further explanation. I asked who did he report to and he offered the name Tyler who is the general manager. I asked for Tyler’s information and he said he didn’t have it. So you mean to tell me the GSM doesn’t have the GM’s information?!?! My husband asked this exact question. In which Aaron responded he could provide an email address. I asked if he could write it on the back of his card and he said no and then proceeds to verbally give me a name and email address. I advised him I didn’t have anything to write it down with and presented his card back to him and again asked him to write it down. This was experience was the worst car buying experience I have ever had just trying to purchase a car for the price listed on the vehicle and that dealership advertised. This is an unethical business. More
