Took in for oil change. Had curtesy ride which was very pleasant. When vehicle was done, Gavin said he texted us but we never received anything. Next day we texted Gavin. Tried calling with no answer and no call back from message we left. Called main office phone, sales answered. We left message with him and he said someone would call us back. Nobody did. Finally drove to dealer to see if vehicle was ready since we had plans to leave town with the service vehicle. Truck was finished and at no charge due to our inconvenience. More
