Brought my car here in December under 100,000 miles (have a form from YALL PROVING IT) and was told I needed a new engine and Chrysler would cover it. Told me they had to do a test after a certain mileage under. Got that done and then no response for months. After calling and calling for weeks they finally answered and had no idea what was going on. Got Chris involved who was handling it before he got moved to a new position and the service department finally helped us. Said we had to do the test again!! We did the test again and now my car is past 100,000 miles which THEY NEVER TOLD ME THIS WOULDN’T HAPPEN AFTER THAT. We waited for the parts to come which they said would happen same month, this was in April. Now it’s July and after two weeks of trying to get someone on the phone they are refusing to do it. YOU ARE THE ONES WHO REFUSED TO DO YOUR JOB! They are now saying they are willing to pay for half of the cost. You know your in the wrong when your willing to pay for half it. Horrible customer service and management. Will say Chris is amazing and congrats on him getting moved up. But this place sucks and I will NEVER RECOMMEND, buy a car, or bring my car here. You are 100% in the wrong and screwed over a family. More
The day had come where I would have to purchase a new car. I drove my previous Grand Cherokee until it wouldn’t drive any more, so after putting it off for as long as I could I decided to bite the bulle car. I dreaded going through the car buying process with salesmen trying to swindle and hustle me. I get it, they are trying to make the extra money but I don’t want to leave feeling cheated. I decided to stop by Frisco jeep and wanted to take a look at the inventory not really expecting to buy anything. I was introduced to my salesman, Drew. First impressions, he looked like a fellow about to go play golf. He was very helpful right from the start. He asked what I was looking for and began showing me the inventory. He then started to update me on all of the new models and trims, because over the years they added way more trim options than I could keep up with. I can’t praise Drew enough for being patient, thorough, and just straight up. He walked me through the inventory, I picked the one I wanted, he pulled it up, walked me through all of the features, we test drove, came back and started the paper work. He introduced me to Wes the finance personnel (whom I have to thank for being patient with me as I pretended to read over every little fine print on the paper work and pretend like I even understood half of it) and before i knew it, I was driving off with my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Can you believe that I was done with the entire process in 3 hours!!! Amazing! All of my previous vehicles took the entire day! I would definitely recommend Frisco Jeep as the dealer ship to go to. I would also, without hesitation, recommend and refer anyone to Drew as their sales person. I never thought I would ever say that I actually enjoyed this car buying process, and without a doubt, I will be a returning customer! Hopefully Drew and Wes haven’t retired by then! More

I would not recommend this dealership. I came in this morning for a scheduled service drop off. Chris, who claims to be the Service Manager, informed me that he did not know if my vehicle would be serviced today, regardless of the fact that I h Chris, who claims to be the Service Manager, informed me that he did not know if my vehicle would be serviced today, regardless of the fact that I had a scheduled service appointment. This gentlemen could not have cared less about my patronage, and made it more than apparent in both his mannerisms and actions. If he is in fact their Service Manager, then it certainly explains the drop off in service that has been apparent over the last year. I will NEVER, bring my vehicle to your dealership for service again. More
