I called and spoke with the 1st person who said he would email me the final and I found out then that you have a 33k mark up fee for the truck. WHAT !!!! I told him if I had known this I would have not even looked at this truck. YOU have surprise fees. But you advertise Customer 1st. You say 5star treatment ! Truly a better place to buy ! I am very disappointed that I got approved for a vehicle that you advertised and find out you have hidden fees. I would have not put a hit on my credit report. I have decided to continue to look further, because I see that a lot of new 2023 trucks are coming down. This is why I am not purchasing with you. More
