Despite having at an 8:30 appointment and being there at 8:15am for my oil change, my estimated wait time was 2 hours. At the 2h mark I contacted my service advisor who then sent me an estimate of the addit 8:15am for my oil change, my estimated wait time was 2 hours. At the 2h mark I contacted my service advisor who then sent me an estimate of the additional work they wanted to do on my vehicle, which I declined aside from changing the air filter which I was charged ever $80 for. At 10:55 I finally retrieved my vehicle, and my bill was just shy of $250.... for an oil change and air filter change. In addition I should mention that I waited the 2 and a half hours in their service center (I was not offered an alternative) which is under renovations with no working toilet. More

My Jeep had to go in for warranty work and when the part was not available for several months, they just stopped calling me to give me updates. During this time, my Jeep was not drivable. Whenever I call them to get an update on the part that is needed, I find out that the date is pushed out again. At this point, it's currently January 2024 and my vehicle has been not driveable since October due to a warranty issue. They have also gone back and forth on whether the issue being fixed is a warranty issue or not - I was originally told that it was fully covered under my warranty. About a month later, I was told that it wasn't.. then they came back and said that it was covered... frustrating. The first time I had to bring this vehicle in for this issue, my vehicle was ready to be picked up and my service advisor left for the day and apparently didn't complete all the paperwork, so I never received paperwork for the first time I had this same warranty work done, so I don't have any paper-trail of the issues that I have experienced with these guys. It's been extremely frustrating. More

A lot of broken promises. The rental car company was supposed to call me that night or the next morning, that never happened. When I picked up my truck, they said it was leaking gas and had to do another fix. After I finally received it back, it smelled like gas and still does. More

The absolute worst service I have ever experienced from an auto be dealer. It took face to face visits to the dealer over a 6 month period to get my issue resolved.
