Aaron, Thank you for the automated reply, It took months of calling every single day, 2-3 calls a day, just to finally get a call from a manager to basically tell me that you don't care because you already have my money. I finally fixed the issue myself and come to find out, all of this unnecessary time and trouble I have spent with this dealership (including the 3 service visits that solved absolutely nothing) just to find that the sensor was installed upside down. Once it was turned right side up, the problem fixed immediately. Just for more clarification, one of your "most qualified mechanics" was working on this and could not address the issue, yet here I am with extremely limited knowledge on cars and was able to fix it in about 1.5 hours. You had more than enough chances to make this right, but absolutely no one was willing to put in this kind of effort. If you would like to know more, feel.free to call me anytime as you know I am in your system. I would call you, but I already know how that works and not worth the time anymore.
