Every time I have booked a time online. Then when I get there, it still takes 2 hours before they even begin work on my oil change. Then another hour before they are done with a simple oil Then when I get there, it still takes 2 hours before they even begin work on my oil change. I was disappointed with my experience this weekend. I had a 10:30 AM appointment, checked in early, and was told my vehicle would before 1 PM. I was surprised when I checked on the progress around 12:4 I had a 10:30 AM appointment, checked in early, and was told my vehicle would before 1 PM. I was surprised when I checked on the progress around 12:45 PM and discovered that my vehicle was still parked and no work had been done. No one reached out to inform me of the delay or provide any update. At that point, I decided to leave. Unfortunately, I’ll be taking my vehicle elsewhere for service going forward. More
